Sehr schön und sehr sympathisch, so ist Mia Hansen-Loves neuer Film geworden! Darin spielt Léa Seydoux Sandra, eine Übersetzerin und alleinerziehende Mutter. Sandra ist die Tochter des Philosophie Professors Georg (Pascal Greggory), der unter dem Benson-Syndrom leidet. Deshalb kann er nicht mehr alleine leben und muss gepflegt werden. Im Verlauf des Films werden Sandra und ihre Mutter ihn in eine Pflege-Einrichtung nach der nächsten schleppen. Einmal bemerkt Sandra, dass sie sich Georg näher fühlt, indem sie seine Bücher liest - als tatsächlich mit ihm. Georg ist gleichzeitig da, aber eben auch nicht da. Dann lernt sie den Chemiker Clément (Melvil Poupaud) kennen, ebenfalls alleinerziehend mit einem Sohn. Wird diese Affäre von Dauer sein? Diese frage wird Hansen-Loves Film überdenken und noch einmal überdenken. One Fine Morning ist ein Film über das Leben und die Unbestimmtheit des Lebens. Und darüber, mit der Unbestimmtheit zu leben. Ein Werk der Zweideutigkeiten, wie wir sie von Eric Rohmer kannten und welches Kompliment könnte schöner sein? - Very beautiful and very likeable, that's how Mia Hansen-Love's new film turned out! Léa Seydoux plays Sandra, a translator and single mother. Sandra is the daughter of the philosophy professor Georg (Pascal Greggory), who suffers from Benson's syndrome. Therefore, he can no longer live alone and has to be cared for. In the course of the film, Sandra and her mother will drag him to one care facility after another. At one point Sandra realises that she feels closer to Georg by reading his books - than actually with him. Georg is simultaneously there, but also not there. Then she meets the chemist Clément (Melvil Poupaud), also a single parent with a son. Will this affair last? This is a question Hansen-Love's film will ponder and reconsider. One Fine Morning is a film about life and the indeterminacy of life. And about living with indeterminacy. A work of ambiguities, as we knew them from Eric Rohmer, and what compliment could be more beautiful?
