- Deadpool, that is the equivalent of cinema to children at school who think they don't care what others think about them - but notice that so loudly that everyone can hear it. The teenager who refuses to be "cool" but wants to be liked. Deadpool avoids appearing like a superhero. However, the film around him does not follow this rebellion. Not a bad Marvel movie, but no satire about the genre. A film that is fun, but still ensures that there is a person in front of us who is bigger than life. Finally, Ryan Reynolds gets the part he was born to play: The adaptation of Fabian Nicieza and Rob Liefeld's Deadpool. This film version wants to remind us - over and over again - that she doesn't care about the Marvel rules. Deadpool babbles away in you and will even break through the "fourth wall" to announce to us viewers what he intends to do next. First things first. Ex mercenary Wade Wilson (Reynolds) meets the whore with a golden heart, Carlisle (Morena Baccarin). He's blessed with love: End-stage lung cancer is diagnosed. The sadistic scientist Ajax (Ed Skrein) subjects him to pain therapy and this causes calf mutation. He now has side effects on his face and can no longer be seen with Carlisle. The talkative killer now kills in series in search of the villain Ajax. Upright mutants fighting evil, he insults as a bourgeois. But the hero, who doesn't want to be a hero, has to save his lady in the last third and make the Marvel audience happy. Whenever Deadpool threatens to become really dark and evil, this development dissolves in a cheap joke. Almost half of the jokes don't work any more than the character Deadpool. Fortunately, however, there is Reynolds who plays his part, with everything he has! The energy so many superhero movies lack - he has it! Even the lamest joke he makes us swallow. I just wish the rest of the movie could do more with him.

A studio film mocking studio films as much as a studio film can (not very much - it still wants to sell tickets). Reynold's pet project is fun enough. Good for him! Could have been something else if it upped the clever and downed the easy shitty fratboy humor. No one laughed at the good ones("go talk to him, might further the plot"). That's the tragedy. As the Internet once said, ironic shitposting is still shitposting.
